Fagor 4Qt Pressure Cooker

I have been using this pressure cooker for many years. But lately, I find that the quality has fallen drastically- the steam does not seal properly so it does not cook efficiently at all, the plastic handles are of poor quality and after a period of time cannot withstand heat and crack, the pressure valve is of extremely poor quality ( two broke in a span of couple of months, including on my new one which I bought a few weeks ago). The replacement part for the pressure valve has been out of stock on the company's website for a long time.Obviously, there is a major quality problem with the parts! The company's customer service is poor and inefficient. Please do not waste your monies by buying a pressure cooker from Fagor.
