Cheap but it looks nice, shipped fast, and keeps what's needed at hand! I like the very simple design, it fades into the background. It has a very small footprint; I have the tiniest powder room ever and it doesn't get in the way.

Not big enough to hold toilet paper

Maybe some people have smaller rolls of toilet paper, but I had to squish the toilet paper into the lower holder which was kind of pointless
