I have used this pan twice already and I am very, very happy with its performance. Baked cakes came out unbelievably easily, although (as I am used to) I coated the pan with butter and a layer of plain bread crumbs, before I poured the cake dough in.Update: After using this pan (maybe several times per year) for almost 3 years, I am not so happy. Although initially it worked great, it now sticks terribly and it's all scratched inside from attempts to remove baked-on dough. Now looking for a new pan. Would NOT recommend...
