My pantry looks well organized. I like the first set i ordered so much that I ordered a second set of containers. Highly recommend it.

TWO completely broken shipments

If you are able to get box of these that are not completely shattered upon arrival, they are PERFECT! Great size - exactly as described and great quality. HOWEVER, the first time I ordered these, they arrived COMPLETELY shattered with broken glass falling out of the unsealed part of the box. I returned and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived unscathed and I love them. I ordered another set (which took 2.5 weeks to arrive) and it also arrived COMPLETELY shattered with glass falling out of the box. I cut my hand on broken glass opening the shipping box. Amazon Customer Service has been absolutely wonderful in accommodating the refunds, replacements, and price changes. The issue is that the manufacturer's packaging is NOT meant to be shipped. It is meant to be carefully carried home from a store in a bag. Thank you Amazon. Get it together Home Basics! The fact that I am willing to deal with TWO broken products and still want a replacement speaks to the quality of the product.
