A Very Nice Set!

This is a sturdy, yet lightweight, set. It is very handsome and well-made and it's going to be a gift I'm proud to present, along with the matching round box with a top. I'm new to bamboo cooking equipment, so I can't speak to the longevity of this set (and, I just purchased it). It certainly looks like it is going to last.

Had high hopes for the product was so many disappointed

I was very shocked at the amount of residue from crushed herbs and spices left at the bottom crushed into the wood and into the mallet itself I thought this would be more sanded and better varnished to prevent the pressing of the herbs and spices into the bowl in the mallet.
