Worth the price.

This machine came very well packed and it really does the job. Not a professional in the area but to learn is more than worth it. It also came with a video to learn how to insert the needle and the simple steps you need to know if you are not a professional. Very happy with my purchase.

Machine jams repeatedly - a total disaster

I used this machine ONLY to sew 100%ncotton COVID-19 masks - no heavy materials, no hard use. It has jammed 17 times in a month. I fix it, it stitches another mask or two, then jams again. I kept thinking It was “fixed” and let the return date go by. This machine is a disaster. Before I bought it, I used a borrowed Brother machine without any problems. I will never buy another Singer product.
