Faux Marble Top 3-Piece Table Set

To be very clear, "faux marble" in this case means a light, relatively low-quality wood table with something akin to a type contact paper with a marble design applied to the tops. Mine arrived with the marble print covers already peeling off in places. There are also numerous places where either the stick-on marble print covers and the exposed wood parts were scuffed and/or chipped. The box itself arrived undamaged so I'm left to assume that this is simply low-quality manufacturing. Additionally, I had to apply a piece of self-adhesive felt to one leg on each of the end tables in order to have all four legs make contact with the floor at the same time. These will end up in a basement rec room or similar place. For the same or even better quality, you can buy Walmart or other discount brand furniture for much less. I wasn't expecting top-of-the-line for this price but definitely did not expect something that looks like it's already been in daily service for three to five years.
