Thank you for sending my Snickers in an insulated bag with four cold packs! I had hesitated to order during warm weather but when it looked like we would have a couple of mild days, I decided to chance it. As it turned out, it was NOT cool today, AND my box had been left in the sun. I was sure I would have a melty mess when I got home and opened the box. When I picked up the box, instead of it feeling hot, it felt cool ! And, when I opened the box, there was a silver insulated bag, and inside that bag were the Snickers and four cold packs. The Snickers were perfect! And, by the way, the mini's are the perfect way to eat Snickers. Best ratio of ingredients and just the right size for a nice bite. yum.

Product was fine. I was disappointed to receive one bag when the description said it was a quantity of four.
