Dangerous!
By Joyce S. on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2024
I used these pans and loved them from 2020 until recently. They are heavy and clean very easily. Then they started to break down around the top rim. I cut myself twice. They got razor sharp. I contacted Cuisinart and they will replace under lifetime warranty. I just have to send pictures to verify. I really didn't want them again, but I'll just use them until it happens again and purchase a different design. I will put the old ones into the trash. So nobody can use them again. I have never had a problem with Cuisinart as far as warranty goes. Update: They lied to me. They said they would replace the set but they didn't. Customer service told me to just take a picture of the defective pans and send to them. They said I didn't need to return them. When I inquired about the status of the new set they said to send back the others. I had thrown them away because they were sharp and dangerous and told I didn't need to return them. They told me there would be no replacement. I wrote them off and purchased Alclad pans. They are much nicer anyway. No more Cuisinart purchases for me.
