This is well worth it last a lifetime cooks evenly no hot cold spots. Bar keepers friend powder cleanser works wonders on this with a little water and rag if inside of pan gets to looking hazed or scratched at all. Will even clean a burnt on mess inside pan. Would recommend this got one for my wife mother & friend all at different times oldest set is like 8 years old still looks like new works very well. We all no longer own no stick pans hope this helps

Mixed feelings

I received my set and started cooking with it. Love the way it cooks. Pans are beautiful. Well weighted and the handles really do stay cool. But they are horrible to clean. I was afraid to use steel wool on them and despite soaking they would not come clean. Am returning them much to my disappointment.

After 6 months of use, inclusions, garbage, in the base metal are surfacing and pitting and holes in the cooking surface are starting to develop. These pans have never been scrubbed with anything more aggressive than a nylon pad. NO SOS pads or anything harsh. These issues are showing on 2 of the pans. I contacted customer service via phone and was told no problem, go to the website and we'll be happy to replace them. Multiple emails later, pictures sent, model #'s sent, copy of receipt sent and the last email I get is asking is I could send pictures etc. Back to square 1. Called Customer Service again and was directed back to the website. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Called CS again and some CS agent tried to help but they can't replace what I bought so they offer me some of what I'm sure they have in inventory and cannot unload. Not at all replacing what I wanted or have in the crap set I bought. I have another set of Wolfgang Puck SS pots and Pans (Cafe Collection), which are 10+yrs old and they are going strong. Wanted to add to the SS collection but this stuff is garbage. I understand things happen in manufacturing, quality control etc but when the company decides NOT to stand behind their products, especially when its clearly a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I thought Cuisinart was a quality product but CLEARLY NOT. Buy J A Henckels or another brand - spend just a little bit more and buy QUALITY. What a goat rodeo.
Great Cookware set

My wife and I had been contemplating for a while to replace our mismatched pots and pans. We looked at a number of different brands and non stick vs, stainless steel. We did not want the nonstick surface in the pots or pans, but also did not want the hassle of keeping the outside of stainless steel shiny. This set is great. It cleans up nicely in the dishwasher and cooks very evenly. We have moved to coconut oil and that works nicely with this set. Any water spots inside the pans and pots can easily be removed with lemon or vinegar. After that the sets looks brand new each time. We have had this set for multiple month and are very happy with it. The low price is a nice bonus.

This was a gift for my daughter-in-law and son. They are having some trouble with food sticking to the pans, despite having been warned not to use high heat. Otherwise, they are pleased with them but have only used them for a couple of weeks.

Bought this as a compliment All these pots and pans are excellent to cook with. I’m not a fan of non stick so this hard to find combo of stainless steel lining and anodized exterior looks great and works well for me. I replaced 25 year old hard anodized commercial Calphalon and expect to have these for the next 25 years or more.

Received these the other day and I like them! The only thing I would change, if possible, would be that the exterior was black and scratch resistant. The exterior is a matte type surface and I am afraid that these will scratch easily. I would handle with care. Just cooked for the first time with these this morning and I am very pleased. These heat up more quickly than my old non-stick Emeril pots and pans. I made homemade mac and cheese for a luncheon...so you can imagine the mess inside the pan. These were a bit tougher to clean. I let them soak with dawn for 10 minutes and then scrubbed them. I also used Cameo (stainless steel cleaner) in them as well just to be sure no stains were left. Cameo is WONDERFUL! All in all, happy customer! Hope this review helps!

After searching for a high quality set that did not contain any non-stick coatings we settled on this set and we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend using "The Ringer" to clean it after any hard-to-remove foods become burnt into the pan, and I also would recommend the following procedure for making it work as a non-stick: Heat the pan slow and well to a medium-high heat, then add the oil/fat, then add the food promptly, not allowing time for the oil/fat to burn. This has worked wonders for keeping things from sticking - even eggs.
So far so good

These seem to be great. Easy to clean and doesn't have the material that scratches and flakes off. I would definitely recommend them.
