Friends Forever Collapsible Cat Cube

The Friends Forever Taylor Pet House was a bit of a disappointment. It is advertised that it could serve as an Ottoman but if an adult human ever tried to sit on it, I suspect they would quickly find themselves in the floor as the unit collapsed under their weight. The unit appears to be made out of cardboard and structurally it is about a solid as a carboard shipping box. Both the top and inside cushions are fairly thin. The inside cushion is little more than a single layer of faux fur materiel covering a plastic panel. The outer box covering is attractive, and it appears to be made out of a soft finish vinyl sheet materiel. But with all of that said, the box is attractive, it gives your smaller cat a place to hide inside of the box, or they can climb up on the top to give themselves a little elevation off of the floor but given its light construction I doubt the box would work very well with a heavier cat or a dog. Neutral recommendation for potential purchasers.
