Great quality desk!

I only write reviews for products that I really feel strongly about. I really love this desk -- it also folds down into a table. I agree with others that the packaging was not the best -- if you live alone in an apartment building, I suggest that you unpack the box and move the pieces into your home individually, otherwise you're going to hurt yourself because the box was very heavy and awkward. I ordered the oak color, and it is true to the picture displayed online. Great quality and nice finish, very akin to pieces at Pottery Barn. I am also not a master builder, and this piece was very easy to assemble (Just make sure you look at the picture carefully, and note where the holes are on each of the pieces). I love the height of the desk - it's very hard to find desks that are tall AND wide. I'm 5'7 and this desk is perfect for me. The drawers are a nice touch, too. Overall, great desk for the price and and excellent investment!

Missing hardware

I received my desk today and was unbelievably disappointed to find that I'm missing all of the hardware to put it together. No bolts, nuts, screws or anything else I would need to put it together. The desk itself looks fine but I don't know how to go about trying to figure out what I'll need to put it together, or if that's even possible. I'll change my rating if and when the seller contacts me to remedy the situation, but until then I'll be considering sending it back because now I just have large desk pieces taking up half of my room and adding to the clutter rather than helping me organize it all
