Aubergine Kitchen Induction Frying Pan

I have now used this pan almost daily on a good induction cooktop. It is very well made and (unlike another review here) heats up quite quickly. The non-stick surface is excellent and the pan quickly cleans up with just hot water. Scrambled eggs, for example, can dry very quickly in a standard pan - but this pan on 280 to 300 degrees induction - cooks them perfectly and keeps the moisture in the final production. Just excellent! I can't praise this pan highly enough for using on a good induction cooktop.
