Cuisinart Grilled Pepper Rack

You kind of have to have the right size peppers...too small and they fall through, too large and they fall over. But, once you get them out of the oven, mmmmm! And the tool for de-seeding worked out very well! I had purchased another tool that appeared a bit fancier, but this one ended up being better :)

Great product but you have to have the correct peppers to put in it. Cleans up well but the pepper corer is a little flimsy.

This is a must have product for those who want a little spice and like to create some unique flavors. We simply hollowed out some Jalapenos with the included tools, Stuffed them with cream cheese and bacon bits, and finished by wrapping them in a strip of bacon. Make sure that the jalapenos or peppers aren't too big otherwise they won't fit in the rack. We placed our pepper rack on the BBQ but I would imagine it could just as easily be placed in the oven with similiar results. The peppers turned out Incredible! The rack is very durable and super easy to clean as well are the included tools. Very nice quality. Can't wait to try some other peppers as well as some baked blue cheese stuffed dates.

Works well, buy slimmer peppers the fat ones will fall over.

They only accommodate smaller peppers. If you have fatter peppers it really doesn't work. Plus they only get cooked on the bottom. Otherwise a fun novelty.

I love this product. So fun to grill cheese stuffed jalapeños in the summer.

It would be nice if some of the holes were bigger for fatter peppers - I find I have to pick thru the peppers at the store to be sure they will fit.

Husband loved it! The cleaner tool is really nice.
