While these have very high reviews, I'm deducting two stars because they are not as easy to use as one would think. Pro's: Great sugar skull patterns Easy to clean Cutter on one side and pattern on the other Con's: Definitely a learning curve like others suggest; you must flour these each time you cut out a cookie The cookies you make will be hard to decorate with sugar, unless you have a pastry brush If you press stamp too hard, you will cause the cookie to break when moving to pan Three tips to users: 1. Flour stamping side for EACH cookie you cut 2. Cut cookie with hollowed out side then stamp 3. If using sprinkles, use a pastry brush to gently remove excess sugar
