"Top This" 2-Piece Set

These appear to work great at a glance. Put them on a container and they form a seal. In fact, the seal they form even allows you to pick the container up by the lid. This is deceptive, however. Once you let go, the seal is gradually broken. If you sit and watch it, over the course of several seconds to half a minute or so, you will see gaps form between the container and the lid, and now when you pick the lid up, it comes right off the container. I also own the Charles Viancin Banana Leaf lids and those do the same exact thing, so this appears to be an issue with the general product type, not specific to one manufacturer or design. I wonder how many of the good reviews are based off the initial impression of the seal created immediately after placing the lid, as I was also blown away at first, and how many people are putting food away mistakenly thinking it's sealed and protected. It's a health issue as far as I'm concerned, and if it's a common problem, which I can't see how it's not, these should be recalled.
