Yo!!! Don't hesitate!! ππΎππΎ My FAVORITE kitchen device!! My 4 year old can use it! No really he has! All my kids want to open cans for me now! Lol! I read reviews that said they have YouTube videos available to show you how to properly/effectively use this can opener... I didn't even need them I read the directions and went at it! Worked beautifully! I almost cried! I have gone through 4/5 openers in the last 6 months and they didn't even leave a smooth edge! 2 of which were KitchenAid openers! Granted I haven't had it for 6 months yet but I am so in love! I'm just crossing my fingers that this thing doesn't break my heart. Lol!

Struggled with #10 cans

This has been used for about six months now. It works well on smaller cans, but is difficult to turn on #10 cans. No sharp edges when it works. Yesterday a #10 can defeated it completely. The opener skipped places in cutting through the side of the can. After it failed to cut through the whole side of the can, a top opening can opener could not be used. It was necessary to use the can opener on my Swiss army knife and a pair of pliers. It was always difficult to turn the handle when opening the #10 cans, but this is the first time it failed completely. Normally I would look at myself first as doing something wrong with the product, but it's been used long enough to be sure that is not the case here.
