Love Nordic Ware. Can also be used for egg cups and make them fancy for company. Easy to clean and never sticks. Everything comes out great.

Read this before buying

What an impulse buy—so cute! Look at all the photos! I used the citrus recipe on the Nordicware website and the cakes were bland, even with the citrus syrup. Moreover, these bundtlettes are large, much larger portion than I am accustomed to eating—it's like eating two regular-sized cupcakes. If you buy this, be sure to follow the instructions on the website which states not to use REGULAR BAKING SPRAY: "Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray." I generously used baking spray with flour (Baker's Joy) and they released but not perfectly—the edges weren't all sharp (some were). Probably butter or shortening is better. It's also hard to clean. Since they state not to soak it, cleaning requires a small brush or Q-Tip. Yes, perhaps I could find a better recipe, but using this pan isn't worth my time, there are other showstopper desserts out there—returned the pan.
