Quick and Easy Homemade Ravioli

Love the Marcsto 8343BL Atlas Ravioli Tablet! My husband, who is a mechanic by profession, appreciates the value of a tool that does the job. This one does not disappoint. The wells are deep for a good portion of filling. Easy use. Easy clean up. We knocked out a regular sized dough recipe for ravioli on a weeknight. The mechanic was in charge of rolling while I worked the tablet. Much better than the crank ravioli presses!! I only gave a 3 for durability because we haven’t owned it more than a couple months and I plan to us it a lot!! Italy blue is gorgeous. I’d consider buying the matching duster if it ever comes with a lid.

Quality still ok, but the design itself are not so efficient.

Must use it with the Marcator atlas machine, without it really hard to press the dough as desire thickness, my atlas machine not yet reach me, so I rolled it with the roller, it was tired and not efficient as I think. Hand stamp is better use.
