Black Mountain Dual Ab Wheel Roller

I had never used an ab roller and didn't know what to expect from one except for the reviews I read. I ordered it and it was smaller than I thought it would be. this thing is pretty small, maybe 12" wide. if the handles were longer, it may be easier or at least more comfortable. of course I tried it when I opened it. I did maybe 10 rolls all the way out with it and I had to stop. not because it was working my abs, but because it was hurting the muscle in the middle of my stomach. I never felt "the burn" at all. and I was never sore the next day. let me make it clear that I am a mom in my late 20's. I am 5' and 120 pounds, but I do not have anywhere near a flat stomach or good stomach muscles. I have tried this several times and I always get the same pain and I never feel like it is doing anything for me. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I looked up how to do it on youtube. I was doing it right, so I don't know what the problem is with me and this roller.
