Exceptional customer service and mattress quality

Exceptional customer service and mattress quality. I purchased a queen size in late 2022. The mattress is the best air mattress I've purchased because of its quick inflation/deflation, comfort, height, portability, and longevity. It does resemble a 'real' mattress. After as many years, and past warranty, I contacted the company today to ask about advice for a new leakage issue. They immediately called me. I was on the verge of purchasing another if necessary but they have instead shipped a replacement. Many thanks!

overall nice product, but seam split after 4.5 weeks, and return periods only lasted 4 weeks.

Bought two twin beds - delivered March 20th. Used them both every night for one month - both elderly visiting adults. One of them had a seam that split two days after the acceptable return period (April 16th). Have no choice but to pay for another new one, since for the time being we need it - so definitely disappointed in its durability and short return period. Prior to the seam splitting on the one, the beds were fairly comfortable and served their purpose (obviously no match if compared to a high quality foam or spring mattress). The other mattress has had no split seam so far. Both mattresses, for the first two weeks required air pumped into them every night before using, which seemed normal. Now it's about every 4 or 5 nights and only takes a minute. It's nice that the pumps are attached both to inflate and deflate.
