GreenPan Lima 3D 8" Hard Anodized Ceramic Fry Pan

Every year, I visit my mom for two weeks, and every morning we use her GreenPan to make our individual breakfasts. She purchased the GreenPan as a non-toxic alternative to the teflon-coated pans she got rid of which she got a couple of indoor birds. This year, after noticing that her pan still looked absolutely perfect after at least three years of daily use, I bought my own. I've been using it every morning for awhile now, and I love the fact that my egg slides right out without even a hint of sticking. I use a dab of butter for flavor, but it seems slick enough that it wouldn't stick even without it (but I see no point in going without butter, so I don't plan to try it). I use a regular silicone spatula, and have washed the pan both by hand and in the dishwasher. It comes out beautifully either way. It's the best non-stick pan I've ever owned.
