Concord Triple Outdoor Burner

At first glance it appears well made, and I was hopeful for something that would last at least a few years, if not a "lifetime" like the product description claims. After 6 months of daily use, all three of the burner knobs have semi-broken. They can still turn on the gas, but when you turn them off they just spin freely and no longer line up with the on/off marks. End result is that to be certain the gas is off, you are turning off the tank every time. The stove also came with a propane hose, with its own little tiny red plastic regulator valve. That is a very cheap feeling plastic regulator, and it is starting to fail as well and needs to be jiggled and adjusted to get a good flow going. I assume it will fail completely in a few months and I will have to replace it. The paint is peeling and flaking all over the thing and the metal is rusted underneath. Admittedly, it was kept outside and I'm sure would do better indoors. However, the product is advertised as having a "weatherproof coating." I guess the coating worked for a few months... Overall, I bought this because it was more expensive than other outdoor stove options and advertised itself as a lifetime purchase. I think I will be lucky to still be using this after a year, and it will be an ugly rustbucket at that point if it still works. The only good thing I can say about it is that it is definitely capable of putting out the heat, very large flame capability. However the burner design is also poor, with the air intake doing nothing and the wire rack over the burners being too wide spaced to hold a small sauce pan without it falling through. Overall, I could not recommend this product to anyone. If you want something that will actually last more than a couple years, look elsewhere. If you want something that only lasts a year or two, you might as well just get something cheaper and save yourself the money.
