These knifes are more substantial than they appear on line. They are heavy and cut very well. My wife prefers a lighter knife but these will last a long time.

Good, but burning smell when handlevwet.

After handwashing, the wood handle had a terrible smell almost like something burning. Other than that, they are sharp and comfortable, but I may have to return them.
