Very happy with my stool
By Kindle Customer on Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2016
Very happy with my stool. Stool is a well-built product that offers hours of interactive sitting and it is a lot of fun to use. As some users have reported, it can be uncomfortable to sit on after a while but the premise is that you don't sit on it all day but rather take breaks from standing at a sit-stand workstation. It is best used in different positions and at different heights throughout the day, basically just move around on it. The seat is kind of like a bicycle seat in that it is somewhat triangular shaped, but all sides are congruent. There are three apexes and three sides. Sitting on the sides rather than the apexes makes for a more balanced, comfortable sitting experience for longer-term use. My co-worker recently discovered that the stool makes an excellent seat for use with a desk cycler (those little bike pedals people use under their desks), but using the stool makes for a more realistic experience of being on a recumbent stationary bike without all the extra bulk). A+ service from a small US-based company.

Enjoying My Wobble Stool! (well not so much 18 months later...)
By JPS on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2014
I was excited to finally get my Wobble chair. Here is my review:Pros:1. Compact and takes up little space.2. Easy to adjust the height (the hydraulic lift post works great).3. Easy to maneuver around... I like that you can slightly tilt it and change positions.4. There was no problem with assembly, it took 5 minutes. A small Phillips screwdriver is the only tool needed.5. I feel I am actively sitting, using my core and legs and encouraging good posture.6. It doesn't Wobble, which is a good thing. It stays in place.Cons:1. Seat is not cushioned or firm enough resulting in soreness after a short while of sitting on it. If the cushion was little firmer and about 1" thicker it would not compress to a point that you feel the ridges around the cushion of the molded seat. I am 6' and weigh ~185 pounds. If you are lighter it may not be an issue. I placed 14" Dia. x 2" cushion on top of it, which helped a lot.Other Comments:I use this as my main chair for working at my desk, so I am on it for several hours at a time. It replaced using a large stability ball. The base is heavy, but that was expected for stability and I don't expect to carry it around.Update (10/30/15):After using this chair almost daily for 18 months, I am looking for something else. I really liked the concept because it takes up very little space, but the seat is just too uncomfortable for sitting on all day. I even switched out the seat for the more cushioned replacement I received free from the manufacturer several months after I originally purchased it. Several months after later, I layered on top another 12" diameter cushion (like for a bar stool), which helped for a while, but still not cushioned enough. I even placed a loose third cushion on top. I think it comes down to a combination of seat diameter being too small (add 4") and using a thicker higher density cushion, maybe even 4" thick. If you only using this stool for short sitting periods, it is fine, but for several hours it just gets uncomfortable. Other than the seat, I have not had any other issues with this stool. Downgraded from 4 to 3 stars.
