Product look amazing and very well made. purchased four sets for a total of sixteen- all were packaged perfectly. However when we opened the boxes, one of them had two dishes and bowls damaged. We reached out to Amazon customer service , they were great and immediately took care of it and shipped a complete set of 4 and would highly recommend the product,

Dear Amazon. I ordered these dishes for Christmas dinner. I was so excited to receive them and they are perfect. Exactly what I wanted. I was so disappointed that one of the dinner plates was badly broken. I dont know why you delivered in this condition and expect me to take time off work to carry a large heavy box and stand in line outdoors in winter weather to return a package that you delivered defective. I am almost 70 and work. I have to take an hour of my vacation leave to drive to a UPS place stand in line with a heavy package and expose myself to covid due to your defective delivery. I understand if it didnt fit or I didnt like it but this is not my fault. I got what I ordered and loved it and it was broken so why do I have to go through so much to correct it? Very disappointing customer service. Thank you for your time, Victor Maillo
