Culbuto Interactive Cat Toy

i made the mistake of buying a second one after my cats chewed through the green stem the feather is attached to after a few days. the second one they chewed through within 48 hours! and once the green stem is broken, this is entirely useless. there's no way to fix that. on top of that, the feather rips off every few hours and simply re-tying it doesn't make it last long at all. great concept, executed and manufactured very poorly. and the company wont replace the pieces, let alone even respond to emails. BOOOOO.
