Dividers are flimsy and come apart!

What a disappointment! I loved the initial functionality of the dividers, but after only a few weeks, the main dividers came apart. I have glued them twice, only to have them come apart again. Clearly, the construction is inferior and I am unable to get a refund. See attached photo.
