This thing is AMAZING. After 2-3 runs it has the house all mapped out. It has only gotten "lost" once lol. It cleans very very well. We have a 9 month old and she manages to find every tiny thing and this has helped significantly. I would highly recommend.

One piece was broken from the beginning.

It worked great the first day. The second day it stopped several times to clear path, which Was just stuck under the couch. Then it said low battery so I put it on its docking station. It charged over night but won't do anything when I oust start. The green light is on but nothing is working now. I would like a full refund please!
