Cute Police Station, and the Police Car it Comes With is Adorable and So Fun!

This police station is one of our son's favorite toys (he has another Smart Wheels Park & Learn Deluxe Garage that he loves to play with as well) and he seriously plays with it every day! The station and tracks themselves don't require any batteries or make any noises. However the police care it comes with makes lots of noise and plays songs and it's so great! The police station and tracks are great as well, because each Smart Wheels car has special sensors at the bottom of the car. So when it drives over certain parts of the track the car will make certain noises. When the car drives up to the elevator and gets on it, it makes like a "whoooop" sound like it slid onto the platform. These track pieces you can also combine with other Smart Wheels sets, and they are so much fun! We really like playing with our 18 month old son and this toy, and the Smart Wheels cars too that you can buy more of are totally worth it! We love these and will be buying more sets like it in the future.

░░░░░GOT RETURNED QUICKLY░░░░░ ❖ This was severely disappointing. My 1 year old and 4 year old both hated it. Simply put it's not entertaining and it falls apart easily. ❖ The sounds the cars make when they go over notches on the track aren't all that interesting. The car doesn't do anything at those locations. It just makes various police noises. Neither of my kids seemed to care about the sounds. ❖ The track doesn't stay together with normal use. When the 1 year old touched anything other than the car it all fell apart. Even with constant supervision I couldn't keep the 1 year old from grabbing everything and pulling it apart. The box says his is good for kids from 1 to 5. But with the brightly colored pieces that scream "GRAB ME!" to a small child, this is not a good toy at all for any kid under 3. (I don't think it's a good toy at all, but any kid under 3 is just going to dismantle it in seconds) ❖ Despite most of the pieces falling apart too easily, some don't come apart at all once they are connected. The elevator and the spinner sections have plastic locks on the pieces that prevent them from coming apart once they are together. And when they are put together the absolutely do not fit back in the box. So you can't use the box to store the toy in between use. And it you decide you want to return it it takes a screw driver to physically dismantle some of the sections so you can get to the internal clips and undo them. If you buy this I HIGHLY recommend not putting any of the snap together pieces together until you've decided if you are going to keep the toy. ❖ I also got the motorized remote control car (sold separately) and it didn't work at all with the track. When it got to the turns it just rolled up over the barriers and off the track. It got stuck in the spinner sections every single time. So the different VTech Go Go parts absolutely do not work and play well with each other. ❖ Ultimately the biggest detractor of it was that neither of my kids liked it. The 1 year old destroyed it. The 4 year old thought it was boring.
