Pop ‘n Play Portable Playard

This playyard is actually now constantly set up in middle of living room for my 8 month old. I am basically very pleased with this product: it is very easy to set up and stove away, it is easy to clean and is not too heavy. BUT: the metal poles that hold the playyard together could be covered with some kind of soft padding or such- a crawling/ climbing infant bumping his head on the metal poles = a nightmare. So I had to purchase on my own some insulating foam rolls that I cut in fitting length and slid over those metal bars. That could have been solved by the manufacturer, in my opinion. Another thing that slightly dissapointed me was the fact that the playyard appears to be "off the ground" in the product photo. It is NOT. It is basically a thin plasticky cloth on the bottom so again, I had to be creative and provide neccessary padding for the floor (ended up using three old comforters- which again could have been solved by manufacturer). I decided to keep this item at the end, after investing so much $$ into fixing it... But would I buy it again or even recommend to someone? Not sure. I would probably look for other options with the padded floor (or off the ground) and some safer fence walls. I uploaded few photos so you can see my "solution".
