Honey-Can-Do 6-Pair Boot Rack

First I would like to say that the boot organizer certainly does serve its purpose. I had limited space to work with, and this was the solution I was looking for. What I am extremely unsatisfied about is that two of the screws required for assembly were stripped and could not allow me to properly assemble the item. I have two screws that are not threading, but I'm not sure if this is because of the screws themselves or because of the inside threads of the shelf that holds the boots. The materials for this item are of very cheap quality, and I even had to widen one of the holes in the support rods to push the screw through all the way so I could attach the second shelf. There was excess metal inside the holes, but bending the excess down with a screwdriver seemed to solve this. I currently have it sitting in my closet with two screws hanging loose, and I contacted the seller who said my only option at this point was to return the item as there is no access to replacement parts, or I could opt to keep the item for a 10% refund. I opted to keep the item, here's why: Unfortunately I no longer have access to all of the original packaging materials and would not be able to ship the item back exactly as it was sent to me. The item arrived at my doorstep in a plastic sleeve, which had been partially torn when it was delivered, making the original packaging unusable for return. At this point it would be more of a hassle to return it then to just keep the item. This was not the seller's fault, but a fault with the manufacturer, and the seller was very prompt in responding to me and settling my concern. If needed, I would purchase this item again only because it is extremely practical and just what I was looking for.
