Fantastic value!

I would love to have Cuisinart appliances, but they are usually too expensive. When my Black and Decker toaster oven quit working out of the blue, I thought I'd try another brand - and buying this toaster oven refurbished was a great compromise! I get the Cuisinart quality, without paying top dollar prices. I've had it now for about a week and have used it a LOT! It is absolutely fantastic. I'm so glad I took a chance on buying a refurbished product - it came with all original packaging, was brand new, and works great.

Never buying a Cuisinart product again in my life

Unit worked great the first time, then completely stopped working the second time it was plugged in. When calling their customer support line, Cuisinart offers absolutely no information about why, and the only option is to send the unit back to them, and the customer pays to ship it back and then pays an additional $10 to get a new one!! Kill yourselves, Cuisinart.
