Prettiest tree we have ever owned!

It isn’t even completely fluffed yet and we are beyond happy with this purchase. I poured over reviews after realizing our old tree wasn’t going to last another season. The trees I really wanted were either way too pricey or didn’t have every option I wanted or they were out of stock. I came across this one from a Tik Tok video. It has 10 different light setting options, but our favorites are the twinkle colored or the twinkle white. The lights are perfect, not too bright nor too dim. The white lights are the perfect balance of warmth, not blinding white but not super yellow either. The plug has a foot button to change settings and once you pick a setting it stays on that one until you change it. The tree is very heavy…but that’s not a bad thing! It’s very well made. It was easy enough to put together…the cords have colored stickers to tell you what cord gets plugged in where. It’s very sturdy, too. Like many other reviews mentioned you have to be prepared to put a bit of work into fluffing this tree. It reminds me of the tree we had growing up in the 90’s that looked so full and almost looked real if it was fluffed correctly. Wear gloves and long sleeves! It helped us to just do a little bit at a time and by the end of the evening we didn’t feel like we had spent much time at all fluffing it. We still have some adjustments to make.

The audacity

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Do better Amazon.
