Best Popover pan I have ever used - and I've had several! I LOVE popovers, but the pans can make or break you. This is one item you don't want to skimp on, and for a high-end item, the price is great. Popover pans can be found cheap, they can also run twice this much; I know from experience that cheaper ones don't last and no matter how much you spend, these can't be beat. The cups are nice and deep, the popovers always 'pop' and the non-stick surface is fabulous! As usual with high end products you should hand wash to maintain the high performance - a soapy sponge for some oil residue is all I have needed. I am looking at more Anolon bakeware now. Highly recommend!

Nice pans, made some great popovers. I was using muffin pans before and they work, but these are much better. The popovers pop much higher. I have only used them twice so I'm not sure how they will stand up to many uses. But I would buy them again at this point.
