Love it!

Love it! This stencil was very sturdy. I did not use adhesive as I have in the past and it pulled up the paint. It worked very well. It really is in the amount of paint on the roller that will make or break the outcome. It is tricky at first, but worked out great! I do have a texturedwall so there was a little bleeding, but touch ups will be minimal.

The stencil is fragile. When you do an entire wall, the paint tends to get caked on the stencil. I scraped the excess, dry paint off and accidentally caught the corner of the design [stencil] and cut it. I taped it up and continued to use it. Once done, I had to throw it away. I wish it was a thicker stencil.

This stencil turned out very nice, once I got the hang of it

This stencil turned out very nice, once I got the hang of it. I used spray adhesive and had good luck. I did not use tape to help hold the stencil up. After a few times of moving the stencil I needed to spray again. I painted two areas using this stencil. To brighten up our small hallway I painted the walls BM Moonshine and used the stencil to add interest to this wall using SW Leapfrog (picture attached). I also painted a larger area leading from our side door down to the basement on the ceiling. It was tricky but doable. I applied the paint with a 4 inch roller. I wanted to use the stencil again in my master bathroom and on some curtains. However as I was taking my time to paint the walls to make sure it came out right the layers and layers of paint dried on the plastic. I soaked it, and picked at it but haven’t been able to clean it off enough to use it again and get a crisp clean line. So I will have to order another one if I decide to do more projects. Remember this is something you are painting by hand; it will have a hand finished quality to it. For example my lines look crisp in my hallway from a distance but when you get up close you can see that they are not. At first, I will admit, it bugged me. But now I really enjoy that. If you want something that will look perfect you may be better off with wallpaper. Overall as long as you do you research and watch some YouTube videos on painting wall stencils I highly recommend this product.

Thought there would have been more to it than just a few pieces of plastic, not sure why it was so expensive, but regardless the stenciling looks awesome on the wall.
