So stunning!

It was time to update our previous tree, and I’m so glad. I’ve always been partial to Frasier firs during the holiday season, but I could never find an artificial one that captured its likeness and shape to my liking. This Frasier Grande absolutely has me in love. Everything about it is EXACTLY what I’ve wanted in a Christmas tree. It fluffs out beautifully, shapes easily, the feel real tips are placed well, the amount of lights on the 7.5 ft is perfect, and the sections went together easily. Some things of note: Definitely take the time to fluff it out. It took me a few hours over a couple of days to get it just right. But it was worth the effort. I was worried about the size of the 7.5 ft fitting in the corner of my living room. This tree is tall, but I have vaulted ceilings so it doesn’t overpower the room. However, we do have an overhang that is standard ceiling height and it would still fit under that section. Also, at the bottom section, the tree takes up about 66 inches of space front to back and side to side, but it does taper evenly so it worked out well for our setup since we could easily adjust the position of our tv and entertainment center to accommodate. The tree topper was tricky, as the top branch is also a “feel real” style, and I was scared to fold it over on itself so that the spiral base would have enough tension holding it upright. However, I took my time bending it to the correct position and it fit quite nicely, holding the star snugly in place. All in all, it’s a gorgeous tree and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The different light functions are a wonderful bonus for me. I’ve been a multicolor fan my whole life so that was a no-brainer. But, I’m surprised how much I love the pastel setting also. It has definitely added magic to the holidays.

First one had to be returned and I'm pretty sure it had been previously

I am shipping the first tree I purchased back. Now that I have the second tree (and this box contained things not in the first box), I can pretty much assume the first tree was a previous return by someone and sent to me due to the packing, lack of extra bulbs, the plastic bag that should have contained the postcard telling you where the online manual was missing and the fact an entire set of branches wouldn't light up. I spent 4 hours trying to figure out the issue, finally gave up and had the second tree shipped which was SO easy to connect, it worked the first time, had the card with the QR code for the manual (and honestly you really don't need it if the tree is working correctly). The tree is lovely, it's big....my daughter and I both got itchy from the branches. My first experience made me super unhappy with the whole experience but in the end, I do like the tree the review is a reflection of getting a used product that didn't work initially. I'd like to bill you for the four hours it took me to attempt to troubleshoot why the branches wouldn't light up, bad tree.
