TENS 7000 2nd Edition Digital TENS Unit with Accessories

Ranking this item a 3 as it was very obviously used prior to being shipped which maybe could have been overlooked if the machine had been serviced/repaired (I wouldn’t have known) BUT, I was sent obviously USED electrodes (which is gross and unsanitary). The device comes with one bag that has two slides of two - 1 slide looked new, the other like this. The cables were packed with one being banded nice and neat and cabled, the other just tossed in there. When buying a new product, you expect it to be NEW unless otherwise CLEARLY stated (and even then the electrodes still would not be used). Since I did buy replacement pads with my order I disinfected the unit and tested it. It is powerful, more so then what I am replacing because I lost it traveling, but while it has more customized options for power and intensity, it doesn’t have as many options for types of actions(?). Overall though because the power and intensity are higher I do think it will work better BUT I do not feel I can rank it higher based on the lack of attention to detail in sending someone’s used electrodes when paying full price for a new device (I cannot get over that and honestly probably would have returned it if the power level was sup par for that alone).
