Good for smoking chicken

This rack works really well. I like to use it when I'm smoking chicken legs. It's nice because the chicken cooks evenly without having to worry about flipping. Always end up with nice and crispy skin.. the only thing that it doesnt do a great job with is lollipop chicken. It's hard to get the knuckles to keep from falling off when you cut all the joints off, but it is doable. Overall I'm glad I bought it and would do so again.

I used my Steel Grilling Rack to cook our chicken legs on the BBQ...love it. No mess and no fuss...couldn't be easier. We use it all the time.
