Hangs Crooked Despite Being Level

I was so excited for these because they were super affordable and the reviews were OUTSTANDING. However, we spent over 2 hours hanging it and rehanging it because the level it came with kept saying that the mount was level, but when we’d hang the tv, it was VERY crooked. I think there is something wrong with our mount clips bc the only way we were able to fix it was by wadding up some of the plastic packaging and shoving it under one of the hooks so it hung a big higher on one side. We measured EVERYTHING and nothing was off🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ If it weren’t for that, it would have been 5 stars all around.
