AirComfy Inflatable Multi-Purpose Travel

I travel for work every week and was looking for a great multi-purpose travel pillow that could also be used for lower back support. One feature that I looked for was a pillow that already had some material in it to offer some support if i didn't want to inflate it . This pillow had it. The quality of the materials was excellent to my surprise and I really liked it at first . It did not come with the carabiner that it said it did , but i just added another . I liked all of the features , the self inflation and the small footprint that it could be rolled into for travel . Unfortunately , after 10 months of use it sprung a leak and will no longer hold air. It was quite disappointing as the quality of the pillow seemed very good . I contacted customer service but received no response. Although disappointing , for $20 its hard to complain. *Updated 5Star Rating : I am moving my rating up to 5 Stars due to the excellent customer service I received from Air Comfy. They responded to my email I sent them about two weeks after I sent it and told me that they were sorry about my problem. They said that my pillow would be Covered under warranty , sent me a new one and included a complimentary flannel pillow case as well. Finally they asked me for any advice on how to design their next generation Air Comfy pillow. With the quality of the product , comfort and their willingness to stand behind it, I am now an Air Comfy customer for life! be covered under warranty. They sent me a brand new pillow with Carabineer and also included a complimentary pillow case at no charge.
