AWESOME PRODUCT

This chair is a BEAST, if you have a not it will get it out, this is not a typical massage chair that touches you lightly. I really feel that it should be called a deep massage chair, my wife was really blown away at how well it worked and said it is way better than the ones at nail salons. My wife and I cannot get over how well it works the muscles out, it hurts at first until you get used to it because it really gets into the muscles. Overall very happy. The chair is LIGHT, Good looking furniture and if you like a serious massage this is it. The price is great on it too. This is not a chair t just sit in, even though I am in it right now I put pillows on the back so I can sit in it without a massage, but really it is strictly just for massages. Hope this helps LOVE THIS CHAIR NO BS it is a deep massage.

DIED at 14 months with very light use, 2 months out of warranty

UPDATE: Received a response from iJoy. Reminded me that the warranty was 12 months, so I am 2 months out of warranty. Said it sounded like the massage mechanism is broken, and it is not fixable. Stated that they might be able to give me a discount on an "open box" or other item. REALLY? No way to fix it, and used probably less than 20 times. I would love a new one, but I don't trust electronics that die right after their warranty expires. DO NOT buy this, what a waste of money. Initial review: I really hope I can update this review with a more positive one soon! I have had this chair for 14 months with light use (1-2 times a month). I LOVE the massage, it is firm and therapeutic. BUT, this morning it stopped working. The "manual" doesn't help at all, as it just has set-up instructions and safety instructions. I have sent a message to the company, and hope it is fixable. It is KILLING me that I am 2 months out of warranty, and it is not operational. Wish I had checked on it 2 months ago... Very unhappy!
