Electrolux EL2040A 2-in-1 Stick Vacuum

When the battery finally stopped recharging on our old Electrolux stick, I felt I’d lost an old friend so, of course, I started looking for a replacement. I’m very happy with this new version. It still has enough power to suck up the day’s detritus plus it has some really good improvements. The Fingertip controls are easier to use; it is easier to remove the handheld unit and it has separate buttons for the on/off switch and the power selection. The head is more swively than the old one, maybe a little too swively?—I’m getting used to this slowly. Time will tell if the battery life is longer. In the meantime, it’s still fun to run.
