Flimsy and arrived broken

The unit arrived with 2 of 5 shelves broken. I contacted the manufacturer for replacement. They declined to replace them. The shelves are flmsy and I am not sure I would put 6 bottles on them for fear my wine would end up crashing to the floor. It's going back once I figure out how the complicated packaging goes back together... It is also NOT compatible with other racks. This is the first product styled like Metro Racks which is not interchangeable with racks of the same style. This should be more accurately called Honey Won't Do. It's junk.
