Cuisinart -never disappoints!

With the exception of the automatic butterer, I probably have every Cuisinart product on the market. There's a reason for that. Their products are dependable, great quality, and long lasting. They never disappoint. This one is the same. It's great to grate, slice, etc. ,right into a bowl. No transferring, no slipping, no scraped knuckles. No mess.

Great Bowl, Bad Lid

I love the bowl, it's easy to clean and the rubber bottom is nice for keeping it in place. However, after 1 year of very little use, the lid rim ripped about 1/4 of the way around. I don't see any replacement lids sold so I must say I am disappointed with this purchase. Update: I am very happy to say that after contacting Cuisinart about this issue they happily replaced the entire purchase.
