This product worked well, is sturdy and comfortably held a large chicken. All grease dripped in the pan and the color was beautiful.

Too tall

I bought this to try to use my convection oven like a rotisserie (which works very well actually), but this one is a bit tall. I put the chicken on this and then put this in a pan with some water and then put it all in the oven. The issue is that with this, it's too tall and won't fit. I have a shorter one that still holds the chicken perfectly, but the chicken doesn't hit the top of the oven. But I think I will use this in my Kamado grill instead. It should be fine for that.

This product is so great for making your own rotisserie chicken. You can use all your own seasoning and even stuff it if you want. It’s so good and cook it slow and you put it in the middle rack. It’s unbelievable.

Nothing makes a better chicken than a standing cooked chicken— tender, juicy with a crisp skin. This product is too big to fit into a small chicken. The product information should make it clearer online what size it actually fits. I had to cook my chicken on the lowest shelf of the oven. Also, there were no instructions on how to cook with it.

This was one of the few stands that said it could hold more than 8lbs of poultry and it was right! We smoked a 12lb turkey in our little electric smoker and it worked like a dream, really impressed us with its sturdiness. If you're looking for a well-balanced stand that can handle a smoker and oven temperatures (up to 350°, at least), look no further! Also, we've put it in the dishwasher with no problem.
