Great product!

Delivered a day late however the product is great. The Rowenta was a daily deal so the price was awesome. Price checked Bed Bath and Beyond and they were charging $69.99 more. The Rowenta is very quiet, just an occasional bubble noise and is a great product. Using it in my living room with a fireplace that is run constantly. Although it seems to remain at 25% humidity, I think my square footage is larger than the machine was made for along with the fireplace running constantly. All in all, perfect price for the perfect machine.

Avoid if buying for a baby or child - very flawed.

I really wanted to like this humidifier. We were using a super cheap one from Target previously, and while it did the job, it needed constant refilling, was not intelligent about how much it humidified the air, and got dirty and moldy easily (we'd replaced it a couple of times). We decided to try this one as it was a deal of the day and had some good reviews. However it has some really big problems that make it pretty much useless for us for our toddler's room, which is the whole reason we bought it. - It's loud. Our other humidifiers are whisper quiet, this one even on its lowest setting makes a low humming sound, which really bothers our toddler. - There is a light inside it making it very bright in a dark room, which is bizarre given all its nighttime mode operations. We had to tape up the light internally to block it. - It is very inaccurate. When you first fill it it will always say the room is at 90%+ humidity and refuse to turn on. You need to give it a while to clear. - It is a huge pain to clean, needing lots of soaking and following of instructions. - The second you turn it off it forgets the setting you had it set to. The only good points are: - When its sensor works, it does seem to work pretty well - it's nice that it can auto-adjust itself and you're not making the whole room wet if you leave it on overnight. - It doesn't need refilling as often, it has a nice big tank and again only uses as much water as necessary. Definitely avoid this if you're buying for a baby or child.
