I wanted this trivet to put on top of my electric range when I am taking hot dishes out of the oven. When it arrived, there was a little rubber "cover" for the bottom legs, loose, so I fitted it over the leg. So now 3 legs were covered, one was not. I asked the seller to send me an extra rubber cover. Instead, seller apologized and sent me another trivet, which also has only 3 rubber caps. So now I'm thinking it's only supposed to have 3? Anyway, excellent service.

I purchased two. Heavy.Beautiful. Near perfect.. However...really important a trivet be level or dish/pot will slide. There are four short legs on bottom side of ea. trivet. Only 2 out of 8 had little rubber end caps to prevent the iron material from scratching stove top or tabletop. I now can risk scratches or buy a $7 pack of rubber caps.
