Reliable Portable Cleaner/Steamer

It's important to realize the purpose of this tool. It's a portable hand steam cleaner, it's not an industrial cleaner - don't expect it to clean that way. That being said, this has exceeded my expectations. We have predominantly used this in the bathroom so far where we have cleaned grout, ceramic surfaces and our metal radiator. Using an old toothbrush and this steamer, it's really satisfying to watch mildewy water run off the grout. It's also been incredibly effective at removing hardwater buildup on our sink, toilet and shower head. What used to take several minutes of soaking with vinegar just wipes away with a towel after blasting it with steam. The cleaner is very easy to use, you just add water, plug it in, wait about two minutes and start cleaning. It has several different attachments including nylon and brass brush heads, a flexible attachment that allows me to get in tight places, and an extra long cord that makes it easy to move around. Overall, I am so happy I received this for Christmas as it has eliminated cleaning tasks that used to require spray cleaner and a lot of elbow grease to clean.
