Dreambaby Liberty Auto Close Gate

The first gate I purchased a few years back was amazing. I’d bought it to keep my dog out of certain areas of the house. So when I had a baby I knew this would be secure and I trusted the product. Well, all was great until about 1 month into having it. When I try to open it, it jams. It jams so badly it can’t be opened until you get a screw driver and dive it into the bottom which is truly a security issue, particularly at the top of a set of steep stairs. I’m so very disappointed as I feel I’ve received a defective product. Hoping the rest of the products are fine and this is just a fluke and now a companywide quality issue.
